These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Kinezio website, communications, proposals, and related services. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
Kinezio provides product strategy, interface design, mobile application development, digital product development, launch support, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in separate written proposals or agreements.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, approvals, credentials, and access needed to complete agreed work. Delays in these materials may affect project timelines.
Fees, invoicing schedules, taxes, and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Late or missed payments may pause work or delivery until the account is current.
Ownership of final deliverables is assigned as described in the applicable agreement after required payments are received. Kinezio may retain rights to pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, know-how, and non-client-specific materials.
Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential business, technical, product, operational, and personal information shared during a project or business relationship.
Projects may use third-party platforms such as app stores, cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, messaging, or other integrations. These services are governed by their own terms and may require separate fees or accounts.
We aim to provide professional services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinezio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
